About

RMW Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Alabama. RMW Foundation, Inc. is an organization with the objective of reaching and transforming the lives of the underprivileged and underserved in our communities.

Our mission is to Feed, Educate, and Empower; and our vision is “Empowerment through Education and Success through Personal Accountability".

As of 2015, we have expanded our operations to include areas in the state of New Jersey.  Our primary focus is child development, youth outreach and adult empowerment.

In 2017, we partnered with the Office of Field Education of Princeton Theological Seminary and Second Baptist Church, Asbury Park to create and implement  dynamic youth programs for the children in the Asbury Park and Neptune communities.  We were awarded our first Program Grant for our Youth Night Program.

As of 2018, we are in collaboration/partnership with the following community and civic organizations, entities,  and houses of worship.

Second Baptist Church, Asbury Park

Greater Red Bank NAACP

Midtown Urban Renaissance Corp (MURC)

Hunt's Funeral Home

Interfaith Neighbors

Center For Public Justice, Washington DC

First Rock Baptist Church, Washington DC

We believe that providing a safe environment in which our children can come and be nurtured individually is critical to success.  We are taking an individualistic approach to accomplish a group objective. Individually, we meet each student where they are (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, intellectually, etc.); but as an overall goal, we are looking to create global citizens.  We provide them with resources and opportunities to expand their experiences and understandings of the world that they are coming to inhabit.

What Does Success Look Like?

Successful program participants will be able to successfully interact and dialogue with the peoples of the world respectfully, intellectually, socially, culturally, economically, and politically.

One of our core beliefs is that it is easier to shape a mind that it is to change a mind.  We desire to help reinforce and supplement the current educational programs that are currently in practice in the participant’s life.

RMW Foundation, Inc. believes that education is most effective when it is timely and contextual.  We exist to serve as a foundational resource and to help reinforce behaviors cited by Napoleon Hill and Steven Covey as being integral to one’s success.

If you would like to be a part of this dynamic and creative program, or if you or your organization would like to contribute to our programs, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us……

We humbly ask for your support of our endeavors as we look to Feed. Educate. Empower.

We thank you for your recent and continued support of our organization and its mission to Feed. Educate. Empower.

Sincerely,

RMW Foundation, Inc.
